PFISTERER Link Boxes are essential components in medium and high voltage cable systems, designed for managing metallic cable sheath potentials, grounding continuity, and overvoltage protection. Used in both straight and cross-bonded configurations, these link boxes ensure safe and efficient operation of XLPE-insulated cable networks from 11kV up to 400kV.
Housed in weatherproof, stainless steel enclosures, PFISTERER link boxes can be equipped with sheath voltage limiters (SVLs), disconnection links, or insulated terminations, depending on system design. All boxes are engineered for long life in harsh environments - including direct burial or above-ground installation and meet IEC 62067 and IEC 60840 standards.
