The PFISTERER 33kV Pluggable Surge Arrester is a compact, reliable overvoltage protection device designed for use in medium voltage cable systems, including RMUs, GIS panels, and switchgear. It protects equipment and insulation from switching surges and lightning-induced overvoltages by safely diverting excess energy to ground.
 
This arrester is based on metal oxide varistor (MOV) technology and is fully type-tested according to IEC 60099-4. Designed for integration into separable connector systems such as CONNEX, it is maintenance-free and easy to install in confined switchgear environments. Widely used in utility substations and industrial facilities across Bangladesh.
